• Contact and delivery details — name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and pincode, provided when you place an order or contact us.
• Account details — if you create an account: your name, email address, optional mobile number, and a password. We store your password only as a one-way hash, so we can never see or recover it.
• Order details — the products, quantities, and amounts of orders you place, the delivery details you enter at checkout, and, if you provide them, your GSTIN and bank transfer reference (UTR). Your last delivery details are saved to your account to fill in your next order.
• Communications — messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or contact forms, including any information you choose to share in those messages.
• Technical information — automatically collected data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, used for basic site analytics and security.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process, confirm, and fulfil your orders, including shipping and delivery.
• Communicate with you about your order status, confirmations, and support queries.
• Respond to enquiries sent via WhatsApp, email, or our contact page.
• Improve our website, products, and customer experience.
• Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
• Prevent fraud and protect the security of our website and business.

3. Payment information

Payments are made directly by you via UPI to our UPI ID, using your own UPI-enabled banking app. We do not collect, store, or have access to your bank account details, UPI PIN, card numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials — these remain solely between you and your banking or UPI application provider.

When you place an order, the order number, amounts, and the details you enter (name, mobile, email, address, pincode) are saved on our systems so that we can identify your payment and process your order. You may also send us a confirmation via WhatsApp.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With logistics and courier partners, solely to the extent necessary to deliver your order.
• With Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and stores account and order data on our behalf, and runs a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on sign-up, sign-in, and checkout to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose.
• With professional advisors (such as accountants) where necessary for our business operations.
• Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Ambivert Technologies Private Limited, our customers, or others.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses only cookies or similar local storage strictly necessary for the site to function: remembering items in your cart, keeping you signed in to your account (a secure sign-in cookie that lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out), and the Cloudflare Turnstile security check described above. We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers on this site.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain order and communication information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, and tax requirements, and thereafter delete or anonymise it where feasible.

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
